Return Policies
Cute Slings is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A $5.00 Restocking Fee applies on ALL returns
- We will accept returns only on NEW & unwashed slings with in 30 days. All original packaging MUST be included!
- All returned slings must be shipped to us prepaid...no COD's.
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Cute Slings is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
All items that are 'in stock' will get shipped the next business day. If am item is 'out of stock' then please allow 7-10 business days until your item is shipped. Occasionally, due to fabric availablility, an item will be back ordered & someone will contact you regarding this.
If you purchased through wholesale then please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
USPS Priority Mail is the default shipping method which normally takes 2-3 business days for delivery service.
